The issuer, Busy Bee Finance plc, is a fully-owned subsidiary of Busy Bee Limited and has been set up to act as the financing arm of the Busy Bee Group. Busy Bee Finance has issued a €5m bond on the Prospects MTF market to raise capital and lend this capital to the Group to generate and support growth.
